• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During high‑volume periods (drops, restocks, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
• We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
• Orders under $150 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
• After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
• For lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered,” we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier office before reaching out.
Pre‑Orders & Special Releases
• Any pre‑order or limited‑release items will include estimated ship dates on the product page.
• Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately.
